The following table can help choose the correct Andersen winch.
Please note that every yacht, rig and preferred sailing conditions are different and should be taken into consideration.
For heavy displacement yachts and catamarans a higher winch size is recommended.
For Masthead rigged yachts use the length overall LOA as the primary selection criteria
For Fractional rigged yachts use the Sail Area as the primary selection criteria
