Product Returns
We accept returns for whatever reason.
We understand that when purchasing online, we occasionally order the wrong item or the product we have ordered is not what we were expecting.
We must be notified within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Once we receive the returned items we will provide a full refund or credit towards a new order, excluding any shipping costs.
Please be aware that we will need to be able to resell the item and therefore it should be in an "As New" condition. There are also certain items which are excluded, such as items cut or prepared to length or certain special items which once opened can no longer be considered "As New".
