Lewmar Single Synchro Block

Lewmar Synchro plain bearing blocks are typically used for heavy and static loads thanks to their simple free-spin bearing. Stainless steel straps improve strength and ensure a long service life and rigid glass fibre reinforced side plates prevent lines from jamming. Now with an updated black composite design.

  1. Simple to use shackle post lock. Can be switched from Inline to 90° or unlocked to rotate freely.
  2. Shackle post compatible with Lewmar Travellers.
  3. Locking mechanism allows 30° “float” on the shackle post to improve alignment of the block.
  4. Larger sheave diameter minimises rope friction and allows use with a greater range or rope sizes.
  5. High density free-spin bearing reduces axle diameter for superior efficiency.

Halyard blocks feature a post and toggle head designed to fit on the studs commonly found at mast bases. Ideal for routing halyards back to the cockpit.
Check the diameter of the stud against the width of the block jaws (A) and pin diameter (B).
