A useful accessory for using the Icom IC-M37E with standard alkaline batteries. Allows the VHF to be used when no charging source is available. Keep one on board or in a grab bag with a pack of batteries for peace of mind.

Requires 3 x AAA Alkaline batteries (not included).

Note - The IC-M37E floats when used with most common brand AAA batteries. However as battery weights can vary it is recommended to check IC-M37E for buoyancy in a shallow area when using the BP-297 battery pack and AAA batteries.
