The BEP Marine TS1 is an advanced tank sender suitable for petrol, diesel, water and holding tanks. The TS1 uses ultrasonic measurement technology to measure the distance from the sensor to the surface of the liquid and has no moving parts to block or clog. The TS1 is programmable for most common outputs, either 240-33 Ω, 10-180 Ω or 10-300 Ω for analog resistive gauges (not compatible with digital resistive gauges) or 0-5 V voltage gauges and has a standard SAE 5 hole mounting pattern making it a drop in replacement for almost all existing systems. Compatible with BEP, Teleflex, Faria, VDO, Vetus and many other gauges available.
Accurate indication even with non linear tanks (programming required)
The TS1 from BEP Marine can be used with adjustable gauges or can be programmed to accurately measure the volume of almost any tank, linear or non-linear. Initial custom programming is included in the price and can be reprogrammed by returning the unit or purchasing the TS1-PK Programming Kit.

Programming Instructions
The TS1 has the following default settings programmed at the manufacturer:
- Output: Voltage 0-5 V
- Distance to bottom of tank (empty tank 0%) 2000 mm / distance to liquid (full tank 100%) 10 mm
- Volume settings: Linear
- 20% volume at 20% maximum depth (400 mm fluid depth)
- 40% volume at 40% maximum depth (800 mm fluid depth)
- 60% volume at 60% maximum depth (1200 mm fluid depth)
- 80% volume at 80% maximum depth (1600mm fluid depth)

** Important TS1 Installation Information**
- The TS1 must not be mounted closer than 150 mm from the centre of the sender to sides of the tank, baffles or other intrusions
- Only use on tanks greater than 200mm in depth
- Sender must be mounted parallel to the surface of the liquid
- Do not install on flexible tanks that may bulge/distort as fluid levels change
- TS1 must be programmed according to suit tank shape, depth and fluid type
- Make sure that sender protrusion is NOT in contact with any object including sealants when mounted
- Use the gasket and fittings as provided
- Mount above deepest point of the tank
