Lewmar Synchro Jamming Footblock
High quality footblock ideal for Genoa and Main sheets and other high load applications. Lewmar's Synchro footblocks use alloy cheeks, isolators in the bolt holes to prevent corrosion and a moulded base plate to hold sealant and prevent ingress into the sheave. The Synchro Jamming Footblock is designed to temporarily hold a sheet while it is released or transferred to another winch.
Synchro Footblocks can be double stacked and are available in 60mm, 72mm and 90mm versions.
- Standard and jammer options can be double stacked
- Two-step jammer action keeps lever close to side of the block
- SS hollow cast jammer, holds fast without tearing the line
- Optimised jammer shape holds line central on the sheave
- Tough alloy cheeks
- Synchro sheave loads match the same sized blocks
- Twin fixings with insulating inserts
- Wide head for a solid base, block will not “roll” on the deck
- Moulded base plate with recess to hold sealant around fixing screws and prevent ingress onto the bearing and sheave
