West System Hardener for use with West System 105 Epoxy resin.
West System 209 Extra Slow Hardener has been formulated for both coating and bonding applications in very warm and humid conditions or when extra working time is required. Provides approximately twice the working time compared to 206 Slow Hardener. West System 105/209 forma a clear amber coloured solid and is therefore not intended for clear coating.

Can be used with all West System fillers and thickeners for a multitude of jobs onboard from wetting out, adhesion, bonding, filling and fairing, osmosis repair and prevention and many others.
At 25°C a 100 g mixture of West System 105/209 hardener typically has a pot life of 50 to 70 minutes and for coating applications, recoating time is between 200 to 260 mins. A good choice for working in high temperatures.
